The funny Tina Fey is celebrating another blessing to her life --- she and husband Jeff Richmond are now expecting their second child!
Aside from her revelation during taped episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show, the 30 Rock actress confirmed to PEOPLE that she's five months pregnant.
The upcoming baby will join older sister Alice Zenobia, age 5.
