Neil Patrick Harris is enjoying every moment with his family... The "How I Met Your Mother" star uploaded a photo via Twitter of his partner, David Burtka, with their twins, baby boy Gideon Scott and baby girl Harper Grace.
Neil wrote, "Relaxing on a Sunday afternoon. My heart is full of love"!
They welcomed the baby twins last October 12 of 2010 with the help of a surrogate.
