Family Matters’ Cherie Johnson is very eager for a Playboy cover gig

Like  "The Real Housewives of DC" star Michaele Salahi, actress Cherie Johnson also wants to take her clothes off as she's very eager to get photo spread project from Playboy.

Known for playing Maxine in “Family Matters” and Soleil Moon Frye's best friend in "Punky Brewster", the 35 year-old actress explained:

"I have been threatening my family that I was going to do ‘Playboy’ since I was 18 years old. When my mom said ‘Okay’... and my grandma said, ‘Bring me a autographed copy,’ I figured I’d make it a goal.”

Cherie is very focus to get this deal and she recently posed nude on a beach which she will present to the men's mag bosses --- hoping to secure a photo spread deal.

Cherie needed all the luck to get a cover deal. Even the controversial Michaele Salahi fall short in reaching her goal.

Michaele Salahi failed to be the next Playboy cover girl!

“The Real Housewives of DC” star Michaele Salahi has high hopes to be next Playboy cover girl after doing a nude photo shoot for the said men's mag but it seems she's not enticing enough in reaching the mag's standards.

Salahi, who is also known as the White House crasher, received the bad news via an e-mail from Playboy honchos.

Playboy emailed, “There is no opportunity this calendar year to offer you a cover opportunity or place for your pictorial.”

As a consolation for her shattered dream, the popular men's mag will feature Michaele Salahi on the mag's online site.

Playboy explained, “We had hoped an issue would be available to present you in the pages of the magazine first. However, that does not seem likely and we do not want to keep them from our readers any longer.”

Meanwhile, Bravo canceled the upcoming second season of “The Real Housewives of DC”.

Karina Smirnoff not in Trouble over Playboy Magazine

Dancing With The Stars' Karina Smirnoff is parading his heavenly asset in the May 2011 issue of Playboy Magazine and with that, it was reported that she's in trouble with DWTS bosses.

Contrary to the rumors, Smirnoff's decision to strip off her clothes is not shocking news because she already gave her bosses an early heads up in which they gave also their approval.

A source close to the show says, "They did know ahead of time and they still gave her one of the best pairings."

Karina is now paired with original Karate Kid star Ralph Macchio.

Dancing With The Stars' Karina Smirnoff will entice you in her latest photo shoot as she pose naked in Playboy Magazine's upcoming May 2011 issue!


Hugh Hefner is very delighted to announced via Twitter:

“The May issue of Playboy is unforgettable with Dancing With The Stars’ Karina Smirnoff on the cover & nude inside.”

No stranger in stripping off her clothes, the 33 year-old professional dancer also has done a naked campaign for PETA's awareness ad.

Smirnoff is currently engaged to baseball player Brad Penny and she's now paired up with Ralph Macchio for Dancing With the Stars season 12.
