Lindsay Lohan granted restraining order against stalker

Actress Lindsay Lohan got the necessary protection she needed against the stalker who threatens to kill her. The court granted her a restraining order against an obsessed man named  David Cocordan. The guy continues to stalked Lilo for more than two years.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Lindsay claims that "Cocordan came to her home at least 3 times, followed her to public appearances and sent her more than a hundred text messages as well as phone."

Lindsay feels that Cocordan has intentions of "sexually assault" her. The said suspect also sent a text message, saying, "F**king n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn."

A delusional man is very creepy and cops must detained this guy -- send him to a Mental institution!!!

Lindsay Lohan: a Stalker wants to Kill me!

Lindsay Lohan wants your help! She claims that a man is deeply obsessed with her and the said stalker even threatens to kill her!

The controversial actress tweeted along with a photo.

"This is the freemason stalker that has been threatening to kill me- while he is TRESPASSING!"

Receiving weird and scary stuff from the stalker.

Lilo added, "im actually scared now- the blood in the 'cults' book was too much- all my fans, my supporters, please stand by me. g-d bless xxL"

Now, Lindsay can use the legal system in favor of her and not against her. Lilo must get a restraining order against this alleged crazy-creepy man.

Lindsay Lohan: Sentenced to 120 Days Jail Time; Posted bail!

Lindsay Lohan is now out of Lynwood Correctional Facility after her bondsman posted $75,000 bail for her temporary freedom. The controversial actress was found in violation of her probation by Judge Stephanie Sautner and was sentenced for 120 days in jail.

Judge Sautner decided to reduced her felony grand theft charge to a misdemeanor after studying the surveillance video from the Jewelry store. Lohan was accused of stealing a necklace worth $2,500 last January. 

The judge emphasized that Lohan should have called the store about the necklace if she has no intention of stealing it but instead she hold the piece of jewelry for several weeks before returning the item.

Lindsay will stand trial for misdemeanor theft on June 3rd.

Aside from the jail time due to her probation violation, Lindsay was also sentenced to 480 hours of community service.

Lindsay Lohan Is Dropping Her Last Name

Lindsay Lohan wants to try her luck in just using her first name and dropping her last name!

Lindsay's mother Dina Lohan confirmed the name change.

"Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay. Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan."

A family friend explained about decision.

"So many of the greatest people in showbiz are known by just their first name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list. And it's a way for them all to start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay's father anymore and that includes sharing a last name."

It seems like a great idea --- cutting any connection with Michael Lohan is a start.

Lindsay Lohan Rejects Plea Deal; Headed to Trial

Lindsay Lohan is fighting for her freedom! The 24-year-old actress rejected a plea deal because she strongly believes that her fighting chance is high because she's firm about her innocence. She opted to go forward with her felony grand theft case trial.

The "Mean Girls" actress is being accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from jewelry store last January. Lohan claimed that "it was loaned to her and a stylist simply forgot to return".

The plea deal initially offered to her will include jail time but due to her rejection, she's due in court for a preliminary hearing on April 22.

Lohan is now facing a maximum of three years in prison plus an extended jail time if a judge decides she violated her probation in relation to her 2007 DUI.
